Policies

  • Due to our demand, a $500 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your session.  $250 goes towards the session fee and the rest is applied to your order.
  • The session fee is non-refundable but may be applied towards a rescheduled session within 6 months with a 24-48 hour cancellation
  •  Please reschedule if you or someone in your group is sick, in poor spirits, or has had a bad hair cut.
  •  Please be prepared to schedule a 1-2 hour ordering appointment approximately 5-7 days after your portrait session. This appointment will be held in our studio where we will assist you in making your portrait selections. Please make sure all decision makers will be present. We suggest you arrange for a babysitter for small children.
  •  Images are edited at the studio photographer’s discretion.
  •  Non-ordered images will be held for an additional 45 days after your session date.  Ordered images will be archived for your safe keeping at multiple locations at no additional fee for 5 years. After 45 days, non-ordered images will be discarded.
  •  The customer will be charged shipping and handling if any items are shipped.
  •  All orders must be paid in full at the time of placement or a payment plan will be arranged.
  •  Due to the personalized nature of our business, all orders are non-refundable once full or partial payment is received.
  •  Credit card, cash, and check are accepted.
  •  Please allow 4 weeks for your order to be processed and ready for pick up.
  •  Prices are subject to change.
  •  All images remain the property of Jessica Monte Photography and are protected by federal copyright laws. Copying of any kind without permission is strictly prohibited.
